Thank you Kathleen and Aloha Awnings & Window Coverings for providing top notch service with our awning installation! My husband and I are now able to sit outside on our patio and enjoy simple pleasures under the comfort of the awning – we read, write, and have relaxing early evening meals with a glass of wine. Kathleen made the process incredibly smooth for us despite situations that came up that were completely out of her control. Our order got caught up in the delayed cargo shipping crisis off the California coast. Kathleen made sure to continually update us and inform us on the status of our order. When the awning finally arrived in Hawaii, it was discovered the hood for the awning got separated and lost during the shipment. Kathleen contacted the manufacturer right away to get the issue resolved and got a new hood delivered ASAP. When the hood arrived, we then discovered that it got damaged through the shipping process. Once again, Kathleen took action immediately and made a claim with the manufacturer and a new hood was delivered and installed. I was incredibly impressed by Kathleen and how she handled all the bumps in the road, head on. I can’t emphasize enough how much communication is important and that’s what I appreciated the most from Kathleen as a customer. Kathleen is a true professional and cares about her customers! Because we enjoyed working with Kathleen, we ordered a second awning for our kitchen window. We can’t say enough how much we love our awnings!
